NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Haryana, Odisha and Punjab, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Ajit Balaji Joshi, IAS (HY:2003) and Ms. Gauri Parasher Joshi, IAS (OR:2009) from Haryana cadre and Odisha cadre respectively to a third cadre i.e. Punjab cadre on grounds of marriage in terms of the order dated 13.10.2020 of Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench in OA No. 81 of 2020.
