सा.का.नि. 441(अ).—केन्द्र सरकार, अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, कर्नाटक सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है; नामतः-
- (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियमावली, 2022 कहा जाएगा।
- (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) विनियमावली, 2016 में, अनुसूची II –
- (क) राज्य सरकारों के अंतर्गत भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वेतन के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों से संबंधित भाग क में, तालिका में प्रथम कॉलम में प्रविष्टि “कर्नाटक” शीर्षक और द्वितीय कॉलम में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः

G.S.R. 441(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. - In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–
