ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Meghalaya segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/28/2021-AIS-I (B) dated 03.06.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.6/2016/Pt/350 dated the 07.06.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

No. 1 of the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Pallav Gopal Jha, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Dilip Kumar Borah promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (Non-SCS Category- SL 2018) of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 and 3 of the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Sumit Sattawan, junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Shri Aayush Garg, senior most IAS officer of 2016 batch of Joint Assam Meghalaya Cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
