ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from Non-SCS category to IAS of Karnataka cadre for the Select List year 2016 vide DOPT’s notification No. 14015/11/2017-AIS(I)-B dated 27.05.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the State Government of Karnataka vide their letter No. DPAR 02 SAS 2017 dated 11.07.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended vide Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Weightage formula is now as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 of the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Smt. K.S. Latha Kumari, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch appointed by Select List of 2015 (SCS category) and above Ms. Snehal R., senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Karnataka cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 of the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Shri Shivaprasad P.R., the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch appointed by Select List of 2016 (SCS category) and above Ms. Divya Prabhu G.R.J, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Karnataka cadre. 3.
