ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from the State Civil Service to IAS of Assam segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya cadre on inclusion of their names in the Select List 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/03/2021-AIS (I)-B dated 01.08.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Assam vide letter No. AAI.3/2021/148 dated 02.08.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of officers has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers who have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 18 of the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Pabitra Ram Khaund, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch (SL of 2019) and above Shri Ghanshyam Dass, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre. 3.
