This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of IAS officer Alankrita Pandey from the West Bengal cadre to the Bihar cadre, effective September 1, 2022. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, रिट याचिका (सी) सं. 11278/2022 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 17.08 .2022 के आदेश के अनुपालन में सुश्री अलंकृता पांडेय, आईएएस (पश्चिम बंगाल:2016) को श्री अंशुल अग्रवाल, आईएएस, (बिहार:2016) से विवाह होने के आधार पर दिनांक 01.09 .2022 से एतद्वारा पश्चिम बंगाल संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
