ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Uttarakhand Cadre from State Civil Services (SCS category) to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists of 2014 to 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/23/2021-AIS-(I)-B dated 23.08.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Uttarakhand vide their letter No.PVD1/PCS/PROM/5/2022/XXX-1(I/64578/2022) dated 20.09.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

- Seniority/year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2014 has been restricted as per proviso to Rule 3(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987. 3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI.
