भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम, मेघालय और तेलंगाना राजूय सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री संचित गंगवार, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय: 2021) का सुधी रीतिराज, आईपीएस, (तेलंगाना: 2018) से विवाह करने के आधार पर असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से तेलंगाना संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
