ORDER
Shri Ravi Ranjan Kumar Vikram has been appointed by promotion from SCS to IAS of Jharkhand cadre on declaration of his name as ‘Unconditional and Final’ by the UPSC vide its letter No. 6/26/2022-AIS dated 08.12.2022 in the Select List of 2021 and this Department’s Notification No 14015/10/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 20.12.2022. Shri Ravi Ranjan Kumar Vikram has been placed at Sl. No. 3 in the Select List of 2021 i.e. below Smt. Kumud Sahay and above Shri Sashi Bhushan Mehra.
- In view of the above and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. 1/C-210/2014 P-466 dated 20.01.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been determined under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-
