ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officer of Tamil Nadu Cadre from State Civil Services (Non-SCS category) to IAS on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/21/2022-AIS-(I)-B dated 01.02.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter No.163/Spf.A/2023-1 dated 13.02.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide notification No.14014/04/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2015 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI No. 1 in the Select List of 2021 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Shri D. Baskara Pandian, the junior most Promotee IAS officer of 2014 batch (SCS category Select List 2017) and above Smt. Charusree T. senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Tamil Nadu Cadre.
