ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Himachal Pradesh Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/08/2022-AIS-(I) B dated 13.12.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide their letter No. Per(A-I)B(15)-11/75-IV dated 22.12.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following Weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 in the Select List of 2021 (SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Gandharva Rathore, junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Jaffar Iqbal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
