ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Arunachal Pradesh Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre on inclusion of their names in the Select Lists 2018, 2019 and 2020 vide DoPT Notification No.14015/02/2021-AIS (I)-B dated 13.04.2023 and on receipt of proposal from the Government of Arunachal Pradesh vide letter No. PERS-11011/10/2022/1161 dated 18.04.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:-

- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 in the select list 2018 shall be placed below Shri Ms. Neha Bansal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Sang Phuntsok, promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Joint AGMUT cadre.
Select List – 2019 (SCS Category)
(Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019)
3. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List 2019 shall be placed below Shri Audesh Kumar Singh, promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (Select List 2018) and above Shri Sang Phuntsok, promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Joint AGMUT cadre.
3. 2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 and 3 in the Select List 2019 shall be placed below Shri Ravi Jha, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Prince Dhawan, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Joint AGMUT cadre.
- Select List – 2020 (SCS Category)
(Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020)
- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the select list 2020 shall be placed below Shri Abu Tayeng, promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch (Select List 2019) and above Shri Prince Dhawan, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Joint AGMUT cadre.
- Inter-se-seniority /year of allotment of the above officers with respect to officers of other segments would be determined later on as and when the inter-se-seniority of segments of AGMUT Cadre is decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
