ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Manipur Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2021 vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/15/2022-AIS (I)- B dated 30th November, 2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Manipur vide letter No.Appt-1/1/2022-DP-DP dated 25th April, 2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time as per following Weightage formula:-

Page 1 of 22.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 of the Select List of 2021 (SCS category) shall be placed below Smt. Mamoni Doley, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Shri Dharun Kumar S., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Manipur cadre.
