The Central Government has approved the inter-cadre transfer of Anupama Anjali, IAS (Andhra Pradesh: 2018) to the Haryana cadre, following her marriage to Harshit Kumar, IAS (Haryana: 2020). This decision is made under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Andhra Pradesh and Haryana state governments. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
