In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Assam, Meghalaya and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Abhishek Gowda M.J., IAS (AM:2020) from Assam-Meghalaya cadre to Andhra Pradesh on grounds of marriage to Smt. Kalpashree K.R., IAS(AP:2022)
