ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Kerala Cadre from Non-State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2021 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/12/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 04.05.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Kerala vide their letter No. AISA1/275/2023-GAD dated 12.12.2023 and in supersession of this Department’s Order of even No. dated 04.01.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of the Officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

*Seniority/year of allotment of officer mentioned at SI. No. 4 in the Select List of 2021 (Non-SCS Category) has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned above in the Select List of 2021 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Shri Chetan Kumar Meena, IAS (RR-2018), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Ms. Sreelakshmi R, IAS (RR-2019), senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Kerala Cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
