ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Tripura Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2018, 2019 and 2020 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/29/2021-AIS(I)-B dated 14.12.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tripura vide their letter No.F.2(4)-GA(P&T)/2022(Vol-II) dated 04.01.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of these Officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/4/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2018 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Nagendra Debbarma (SL 2017, YoA 2012), the junior most SCS officer of 2012 batch and above Dr. Shailesh (RR:TR:2013), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Tripura Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 6 of the Select List of 2018 (SCS) shall be placed below Smt. Smitha Mol M.S. (RR:TR:2013), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Ms. Vishwasree B (RR:TR:2014), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Tripura Cadre. 3.
