ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Himachal Pradesh Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/08/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 10.04.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide their letter No. Per(AI)-B(15)-11/75-IV dated 25.04.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of these Officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS) shall be placed below Smt. Kiran Bhadana, IAS (HP:2017), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri Abhishek Verma, IAS (HP:2018), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 6 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Mahendra Pal Gurjar, IAS (HP:2018), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Ms. Ritika, IAS (HP:2019), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
