Consequent upon appointment to the IAS by Selection from Non-State Civil Services officers of Maharashtra cadre, from the Select List 2022 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/14/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 24th May, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from Government of Maharashtra vide letter No. AIS-1324/C.R.270/2024/IAS-1(X) dated 04.06.2024, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time with following weightage formula:

Saurabh Katiyar (RR:MH:2016), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Ms. Mittali Sethi (RR:MH:2017), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
2.2 The officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 of the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Bhagyashree Dilip Vispute (RR:MH:2017), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Ms. Ashima Mittal (RR:MH:2018), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
2.3 The officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 3 and 4 of the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Sh. Anmol Sagar (RR:MH:2019), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch and above Ms. Neha Bhosle (RR:MH:2020), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2020 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
