भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर और गुजरात राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा सुश्री ऐश्वर्या द्रुवे, आई.ए.एस (एमएन:2023) का श्री हर्ष शर्मा, आई.पी.एस (जी.जे.:2023) से विवाह के आधार पर मणिपुर संवर्ग से गुजरात संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है ।
