भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम ‘(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम, मेघालय और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्व सरकार, एतद्वारा सुश्री भारती मीणा, भा.प्र.से. (एएम:2023) को श्री राजकुमार मीणा, भा.पु.से. (यू.पी.:2022) से विवाह के आधार पर, असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है ।
