NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Utsav Anand, IAS (UP:2022) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Haryana cadre on the grounds of marriage to Ms. Anjali Shrotriya, IAS (HY:2022).
