In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble CAT, Jabalpur Bench order dated 31.07.2024 in OA No. 554/2020 filed by Dr. Santosh Kumar Dewangan and in partial modification of this Department’s Notification of even number dated 21.05.2019, the President is pleased to appoint Dr. Santosh Kumar Dewangan, a member of the State Civil Service of Chhattisgarh to the Indian Administrative Service from the Review Select List of 2017 on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the Chhattisgarh Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
