Five officers — Zarenthung Ezung, Zhothisa Dawhuo, Limawabang Jamir, Angelina Tajen, and Akunu S. Meyase — are specifically named in this order. All five have been assigned the Year of Allotment as 2014. Their placement within the Nagaland Cadre’s IAS hierarchy has also been precisely defined: they will be ranked below Shri Kumar Ramnikant, a 2014 batch DR IAS officer, and above Shri Reny Wilfred, a 2015 batch RR IAS officer. Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Nagaland Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/16/2024-AIS.I-A dated 03.01.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Nagaland vide their letter No. PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 16.04.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 5 of the Select List of 2023 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Kumar Ramnikant (NL: 2014), the junior most DR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Reny Wilfred(NL:2015), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Nagaland Cadre. 3.
