ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Odisha Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2023 and 2024 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/17/2025-AIS-I(S.II&III)-B dated 01.04.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide their letter No. GAD-SER1-IAS-0002-2025-13438/AIS.I dated 22.04.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 15 of the Select List of 2023 shall be placed below Dr. Yeddula Vijay (OD: 2014), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Dr. Satya Priya Rath (OD: 2014), the senior most Non SCS IAS officer of 2014 batch of Odisha Cadre.
