In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Bihar, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Krishna Chandra Gupta, IAS (TR:2023) from Tripura cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Garima, IPS (BH:2022).
