In partial modification of this Department’s order no. 14014/45/2022-AIS-I dated 21.09.2023 and consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Uttarakhand Cadre on the basis of inclusion of her name in the Select List 2021 vide DoPT’s Notification no. 14015/23/2022-AIS-I-B dated 23.06.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Uttarakhand vide their letter dated 28.07.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of Ms. Nidhi Yadav has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

Cadd-212.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer shall be placed below Shri Vinod Giri Goswami, IAS (UD:2017) and above Shri Prasant Kumar Arya, IAS (UD:2017) who have been appointed to IAS from the Select List of 2021 and have been allotted 2017 as the year of allotment.
