NOTIFICATION 7/3/68

In exercise of the powers conferred by the
proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article
148 of the Constitution and after consultation with
the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in relation to
persons serving in the Audit and Accounts Department
the President hereby makes the following rules. Sir-
ther to amend the Central Civil Services (Classi-
fieation, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
1. “(1) These rules may be called the Central
Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal)
Second Amendment Rules, 1972.
2. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 25th September, 1971.

In the Schedule annexed to the Central Civil
Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,
1965, in Part II, Central Civil Services Class II,
in serial No. 32 relating to “General Central
Services Class II”, after item (1) in column I and
the entries relating thereto, the following shall
be inserted, namely:-
