- (1) These ruley may be called the Central Civil Services (Clavification, Control and Appell) Amendment Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appell) Rules, 1965, in Rule 24, to clause (i) of subrule (2), the following proviso shall be added, namely :-
“Provided that where such authority is subordinate to the President in respect of a Government servant for whom President is the appellate authority in terms of sub-clause (b) of clause (i) of sub-rule (1), the appeal shall lie to the President”

काःशाः 168-राष्ट्रपति, मंत्रिप्राय के धनुप्रदद 148 के खण्ड (5) के साथ पटित धनुप्रदद 309 के परामूक वरना प्रदत्त सन्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुन, भारतीय लेखापरोक्षा और लेखा विभाग मे मेवारन व्यक्तियों के संबंध मे निर्दक्षक और महानेखापरीक्षक मे परामर्श करने के पश्चात् केन्द्रीय मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियक्षण और धनील) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात् —
1 (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्दीव मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्थक्षण और धनील) संशोधन नियम, 1964 है।
(2) ये राजपक्ष मे प्रकाशन की तारोख की प्रमुख होते।
2. केन्दीव मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्नक्षण और धनील) नियम, 1965 के नियम 24 के उपनिषय (2) के खण्ड (i) में निम्नलिखित परामूक जोड़ा जायगा, अर्थात् —
“परन्तु जहां ऐसा प्राधिकारी किसी ऐसे सरकारी मेवक के संबंध मे जिनके लिए राष्ट्रपति उपनिषय (i) के खण्ड (ख) के उपखण्ड (1) के नियन्त्रणों के समुयार धनील प्राधिकारी है यथोवस्त्र है वहा धनील राष्ट्रपति की की जाएगी।”
