शो. पर. 830—राष्ट्रपति, मंत्रिप्राय के अनुच्छेद 144 के तत्व (5) के साथ पाँच समुच्छेद 304 के परामुखी द्वारा पढ़ने वाले सभी का प्रयोग करने हेतु, और भारत के निदेशक-स्वामित्व-परिपक्व ने परामर्श करने के पश्चात भारतीय निदेशकीय और निदेशकीय मंत्रालय के संबंध में केन्द्रीय निदेश नोडा (वर्गीकल्प, नियोजन और प्रबंधन) नियम, 1965 में और मंत्रालय करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाने हेतु प्रयोग किया है:
- (1) इन नियमों का भौतिक नाम केन्द्रीय निदेश नोडा (वर्गीकल्प नियोजन और प्रबंधन) मंत्रालय नियम, 1987 है।
(2) ये राजस्व में प्रधानमंत्री नागेल के प्रमुख होते।
- केन्द्रीय निदेश नोडा (वर्गीकल्प, नियोजन और प्रबंधन) नियम, 1965 के नियम 19 में, परामुखी के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित परामुखी रखे जाएंगे:
“परामुखी सरकारी सेवक की खेती (i) के अधीन कोई प्रावधान दिए जाने के पूर्व, अधिनियम की जाने वाली प्रस्तावित लागत के बारे में, प्राथमिकता करने का प्रावधान किया जा सकता;
परामुखी यह और कि इन नियम के अधीन किसी मामले में कोई प्रावधान करने के पूर्व प्रावधान के प्रावधान किया जाएगा और ऐसा प्रावधान करना आवश्यक हो।”

S.O. 830—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the Provident hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1987.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in rule 19, for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:—
“Provided that the Government servant may be given an opportunity of making representation on the penalty proposed to be imposed before any order is made in a case under clause (i) :
Provided further that the Commission shall be consulted, where such consultation is necessary, before any orders are made in any case under this rule.”
