Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) (Second) Amendment Rules, 1990

का. था. 1084–राण्ट्रपति, संविधान के धनुष्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त जक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और ध्रपील) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, धर्मात् :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और ध्रपील) संशोधन नियम, 1990 है।
   (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रबृत्त होगे। 2. केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और ध्रपील) नियम, 1965 में (इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम से उल्लिखित किया गया है) में-
   (1) नियम 29 में-
   (क) उपनियम (1) के खंड (iii) में सदस्य (कामिक) दूर संचार बोर्ड शब्द और कोष्ठक के स्थान पर’ सलाहकार (मानव संसाधन विकास), दूर संचार’ विभाग” शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे;
   (ख) दूसरा परन्तुक में, शब्द और कोष्ठक “सदस्य (कामिक, दूर संचार बोर्ड के स्थान पर” सलाहकार (मानव संसाधन विकास), दूर संचार विभाग” शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे।
   (2) उक्त नियमों को धनुसूची के भाग 3 में-
   (क) कम सं. 9,10 और 11 के सामने स्तम्भ 3 और 4 में, शब्द “महानिदेशक, दूर संचार” के स्थान पर “सदस्य, दूर संचार ध्रावोग” शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
   (ख) कम संक्याक 9 और 10 के सामने स्तम्भ 4 में शब्द “सदस्य, ब्राक और तार बोर्ड के स्थान पर” सलाहकार (मानव संसाधन विकास), “दूर संचार विभाग” शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 1084.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to arials 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appcal) Rules, 1965, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appcal) (Second) Amendment Rules, 1990.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appal) Rules, 1965, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), (1) in rule 29 ;
   (a) in sub-rule (1), in clause (iii), for the words and brackets “Member (Personnel) Telecommunications Board”, the words and brackets “Adviser (Human Resources Development), Department of Telecommunications shall be substituted;
   (b) in the second proviso, for the words and brackets “Member (Personnel) Telecommunications Board”, the words and brackets “Adviser (Human Resources Development), Department of Telecommunications” shall be substituted.
   (2) in part II of the Schedule to the said rules-
   (a) in columns 3 and 4 against serial numbers 9,10 and 11 for the words “Director-General, Telecommunications”, the words “Member, Telecommunications Commission” shall be substituted;
   (b) In column 4 against serial Nos. and 10, for the words “Member, Posts and Telegraphs Board”, the words and brackets “Adviser (Human Resources Development), Department of Telecommunications” shall be substituted.
