मा़ का. नि. 289 — राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खण्ड 5 के साथ पहल अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तु के द्वारा प्रथम शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उन व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जो भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में नेचुरल है, जारत के नियंत्रक मद्रा-चंद्या परीक्षक ने परामर्श करने के पश्चात् केंद्रव तिथिल मेवा (बर्मीकरण नियंत्रण तथा खगोल) नियमावली, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :–
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल मेवा (बर्मीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा खगोल) डूमना संशोधन नियम, 1992 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रभुत्व होगी।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल मेवा (बर्मीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा खगोल) नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 14 के उप नियम (3) के खण्ड (क) के प्राचीन टिप्पणी में शब्द “डॉ” के स्थान पर शब्द “तौल” प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएँ।

G.S.R. 289—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:
(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Second Amendment Rules, 1992.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Note under clause (a) of sub-rule (8) rule 14 of the Cont at Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, for the word “two”, the word “three” shall be substituted.
