309 के परन्तुक तथा अनुच्छेद 148 की धारा 151 दारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाँ
का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा एवं लेखा विभाग में
कार्यरत व्यक्तित्वों के संबंध में नियन्त्रक और महा लेखापरीक्षक ने परामर्श
के पर पाए, मूल नियमों में संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित
नियम और बनाते है, अर्थात् :-
1. || 1| जन नियमों का नाम मूल [संशोधन] नियम, 1999 है ।
121 ये शासकीय राज्यज में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रयुक्त होंगे ।
