सा.का.नि. 249(ल).-रतिधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परसुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के कामिक, लोक-शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कामिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) की दिनांक 23 दिसम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना [भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (i) में दिनांक 3 जनवरी, 2004 की सा.का.नि. 2 के तहत प्रकाशित] के पैरा 1 के उप- पैरा (2) में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्यारा निर्देश देते हैं कि उक्त अधिसूचना 2 जून, 2004 से लागू होगी।

G.S.R. 249 E ). – in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, in partial modification of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 1 of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) dated 23rd December, 2003 [G.S.R. 2 dated 3rd January, 2004 published in the Gazette of India in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)], the President hereby directs that said notification shall come into force on 2nd June, 2004.
