NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2005
G.S.R. 707(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India in relation to the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Residents of the State of Jammu and Kashmir (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Services and Posts) Rules, 1997, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Residents of the State of Jammu and Kashmir (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Services and Posts) Amendment Rules, 2005.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Residents of Jammu and Kashmir (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Services and Posts) Rules, 1997, in rule 1, in sub-rule (3), for the figures ” 2005 “, the figures ” 2007 ” shall be substituted.
