सा.का.नि. 859(अ). संविधान के अनुच्छेद 109 के परन्तु के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, मूल नियमों में आगे संशोधित करते के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है: अर्थात:

  1. इन नियमों को मूल (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2010 कहा जाएगा।
  2. ये राजकीय गजट से उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
  3. मूल नियमावली में, नियम 1, 17 खण्ड (ख, ख) के बाद, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ट किए जाएंगे: अर्थात:
  4. ख, ख) केन्द्रीय सरकार नर्सिंग प्राध्याओं में नर्सिंग में एम.एस.सी. के साथ नर्सिंग शिक्षण संकाय के संबंध में अधिवर्धित की आयु इस शर्त के साथ 65 वर्ष होगी कि वे 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद संकाय सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करना जारी रखें।

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th October, 2010
G.S.R. 859(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules, namely :-
(1) These rules may be called the Fundamental (Second Amendment) Rules. 2010
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette

  1. In the Fundamental Rules, in rule 56, after clause (bb), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
    “(bbb) The age of superannuation in respect of nursing teaching faculty with M.Sc in Nursing in the Central Government Nursing Institutions shall be 65 years subject to the condition that they continue to function as faculty members after the age of 60 years.”
