सा.का.नि. 958(अ).—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तु क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्वारा मूल नियमों में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमों को बनाती है, अर्थात् :—

  1. (1) इन नियमों को मूल (तीसरा संशोधन) नियमावली, 2010 कहा जाएगा ।
  2. (2) ये नियम राजकीय राजपत्र में उनको प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
  3. मूल नियमों में नियम 56 में, खंड (घ) के पांचवें परन्तु क में “रक्षा सचिव” शब्द के पश्चात् “विदेश सचिव” शब्द को रखा जाएगा ।

(Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th December, 2010
G.S.R. 958(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules, namely :-

  1. (1) These rules may be called the Fundamental (Third Amendment) Rules, 2010.
    (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
  2. In the Fundamental Rules, in Rule 56, in the fifth proviso to clause (d), after the words “Defence Secretary”, the words “Foreign Secretary”, shall be inserted.
