सा.का.नि. 898(अ).—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खण्ड (5) के साथ पंडित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारतीय लेखा-परीक्षा एवं सेवा विभाग में कार्यरत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक के साथ परामर्श करने के बाद, राष्ट्रपति, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (अवकाश) नियमावली, 1972 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए विभाजित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्—
- (1) ये नियम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (अवकाश) (पांचवां संशोधन) नियम, 2011 कहे जाएंगे।
- ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (अवकाश) नियमावली, 1972 की प्रथम अनुसूची में “नाविकों की बीमारी अवकाश” शब्दों के बाद कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या (1) की जगह शिशु गोद लेना तथा शिशु देखभाल अवकाश के लिए “पैतृक अवकाश शिशु गोद लेने के लिए अवकाश, पैतृक अवकाश” जोड़ा जाएगा।

पाद टिप्पणी: मूल नियमावली दिनांक 8 अप्रैल, 1972 के संख्या का.आ. 940 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा इसमें सबसे बाद में दिनांक 27 अगस्त, 2011 के सं. सा.का.नि. 648(अ) द्वारा संशोधन किया गया।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2011
G.S.R. 898(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Leave) (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2011.
- They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the First Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, against S1.No. (1) in column 2 after the words “Seamen’s Sick Leave” the words “Paternity Leave, Child Adoption Leave, Paternity Leave for Child Adoption and Child Care Leave” shall be inserted.
