सा.का.नि. 253(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ—(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) संशोधन विनियम, 2020 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

1. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 की अनुसूची 2 में मद (4क) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

“4ख. वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग के प्रवर्तन निदेशालय में वेतन मैट्रिक्स 67700-208700 रुपए में स्तर-11, उपनिदेशक, समूह ‘क’ के पद पर और वेतन मैट्रिक्स 56100-177500 रुपए में स्तर-10, सहायक निदेशक, समूह ‘क’ के पद पर एक वर्ष की अवधि के प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) के आधार पर भर्ती।”

टिप्पण: मूल विनियम, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 789, तारीख 13 सितंबर, 1958 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं द्वारा संशोधित किए गए, अर्थात् :-

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th April, 2020
G.S.R. 253(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Amendment Regulations, 2020.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule-II, after item (4A) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
   “4B. Recruitment on deputation basis (including short-term contract) for a period of one year to the posts of Deputy Director, Group ‘A’ in level 11 in the pay matrix Rs.67700-208700 and Assistant Director, Group ‘A’ in level 10 in the pay matrix Rs.56100-177500 in the Enforcement Directorate under the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue”.

   Note: The principal regulations were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (i), vide notification number G.S.R. 789, dated the 13th September, 1958 and subsequently amended vide the following notifications, namely:-
