सा.का.नि. 18(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,
केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियम, 1965 में आगे संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते
हैं, नामतः-
- संक्षित नाम और प्रारंभः—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षित नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील)
संशोधन नियम, 2023 होगा।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियम, 1965 की अनुसूची के भाग 5 में,-
(i) क्रम सं. 1 के सामने स्तंभ (2) में, पैरा (ख) में, उप-पैरा (xi) और स्तंभ (3), (4) और (5) में उससे संबंधित
तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा।
(ii) क्रम सं. 2 के सामने स्तंभ (2) में, पैरा (ख) में, उप-पैरा (xi) और स्तंभ (3), (4) और (5) में उससे संबंधित तत्थ्वानी प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा।

टिप्पणी- मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खण्ड-3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 24 नवम्बर, 1965 को, अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3703 तारीख 20 नवम्बर, 1965 द्वारा, प्रकाशित किए गए थे और अंतिम बार तारीख 22 अक्तूबर, 2022 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 156 तारीख 19 अक्तूबर, 2022 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th January, 2023
G.S.R. 18(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part V,-
(i) against serial number 1, in column (2), in paragraph (B), sub-paragraph (xi) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted;
(ii) against serial number 2, in column (2), in paragraph (B), sub-paragraph (xi) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted.

Note: The principal rules were notified vide notification number S.O. 3703, dated the 20th November, 1965, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), on the $24^{\text {th }}$ November, 1965, and last amended vide notification number G.S.R. 156, dated the $19^{\text {th }}$ October, 2022, published in the Gazette of India on the $22^{\text {nd }}$ October, 2022.
