Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Third Amendment Rules, 1972

S.O. 2789.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Third Amendment Rules, 1972.
2. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in “Part II, Central Civil Services, Class II (Except for Civilians in Datious Services)”—
   (i) after serial No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

“17A Central Secretariat Stenographers Service Selection Grade

President

In respect of a member of the Service serving in:—

(a) a Ministry or Department of the Government participating in the Service, other than a Ministry or Department hereinafter specified—

(b) a Ministry or Department of the Government not participating in the Service—

(c) an attached office whether participating or not participating in the Service:—

(i) if such office is under the control of a Head of the Department directly under Government—

(ii) in other cases—

(d) a non-Secretariat Office other than an office hereinafter specified:—

(i) if such office is under the control of a Head of the Department directly under Government—

(ii) to (iv)

(vi) against serial N 24 , against item (v), in column 2 , for the existing entry the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“(v) Posts in the Qanga Basin Water Resources Organisatiol.”;
(vii) for serial No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial No. and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

1. In the Schedule to the said rules, in “Part III-Central Civil Services, Class III (Except for Civilians in Defence Services)”-
   (i) against entry (c) of serial No. 1, in column 6, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii) after serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

4. In the Schedule to the said rules, n “Part IV-Central Civil Services, Class IV (Except for Civilians in Defence Services)” against serial No. 1, after item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

काः घाः 2789-—मंत्रिधान के धनुच्छेद 369 के नरन्तुक दूधारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति, केन्द्रीय निधिन सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण धौर घणील) नियम, 1965 में धौर मंहोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्ननिधित नियम बनाते हैं, घघति :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय निधिन सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण धौर घणील) तुतीय मंहोधन नियम, 1972 होगा :
   (2) यह नियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत हो? ।

1. केन्द्रीय सिकित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और प्रयोग) नियम, 1965 में (जिसे इनमें इनके पश्चात् उक्त नियमों कहा गया है) की अनुमूची में, “भाग 2. केन्द्रीय सिकित सेवा, वर्ग 2 (रक्षा सेवा में के सिकित नियमों के सिवाय)” में,—
   (i) कम संख्या और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित अन्तः स्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात :-

(ii) कम संख्या 7 के सामने, स्तंभ 4 और 5 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमशः निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात :-

& \text { “डाक-तार बोर्ड सक्रिल का प्रधान”; “सभी (i) से (iV)”; }

(iii) कम संख्या 8 के सामने, स्तंभ 4 और 5 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमशः निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
“डाक-तार बोर्ड सक्रिल का प्रधान 1”; “सभी (i) से (iV)”;

(jV) कम संख्या 11 के मामले, खर्चा 3% “विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात :-

“शाक-नार बोर्ड”;

(v) कम संख्या 23 के मामले, खर्चा 4 और 5 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के नीचे, क्रमशः निम्नलिखित अन्य: स्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात :-

“रक्त इंजीनियर (मनरूता) केन्द्रीय” (i) से (jV)”; (v) (v) (i) कम संख्या 24 के मामले, मद (V) के मामले, खर्चा 2 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात :-

“(V) गंगा रैमित जल मॉड मंगडल के पद।”;

(vii) कम संख्या 26 और उसमें संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित कव संख्याओं की प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात :-

“26 भारतीय नमक सेवा मंहुवन मचिन, औद्योगिक विकास विभाग मंहुवन मचिन, औद्योगिक विकास विभाग नमक आयुक्त (i) से (jV)।”;

3- उक्त नियमों को अनुयायी में, “भाग 3-केन्द्रीय मिश्रित सेवा, वर्ष 3 (रक्षा सेवाओं में के मिश्रितयनों के मिश्रण)” में, —

(i) कव संख्याओं की प्रविष्टि (ग) के मामले, खर्चा 6 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात :-

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

“1-के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय उप सचिव या सांतुलिपिक सेवा निदेशक, काइर, श्रेणी 3 प्राधिकारी

1. उक्त नियमों की धनुमूवों “भाग 4-केन्द्रीय मिश्रण सेवा, वर्ग 4 (रक्षा सेवाओं के मिथिलयनों के मिश्रण में, कम से 01 के सामने, मद (ii) धौर उसमे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित मद धौर प्रविष्टियां भिन्न : स्थापित की जायेंगी, अर्थात् :- “(iii) मंच राज्यक्षेत्रों के पद कार्यालय का प्रधान या ऐसा धन्य अधिकारी जो प्रशासक द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाए । कार्यालय का प्रधान या ऐसा मनी धन्य प्राधिकारी जो प्रशासक द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाए । प्रधानमक या ऐसा प्राधिकारी जो प्रशासक द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाए, जहां धादेश प्रशासक का हो वहां राष्ट्रपति” ।
