This document announces amendments to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. The amendments, named the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1985, come into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette. A new entry, “43. Central Trade Service Group ‘A’.”, is added to Part-I of the Schedule of the principal rules. This update was issued by the Ministry of Personnel & Training, Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Pension, specifically the Department of Personnel & Training.

का था. 5637.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के पंचायत द्वारा प्रधान शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय निदान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और प्रगति) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय निदान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और प्रगति) संशोधन नियम, 1965 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रमुख होंगे ।
- केन्द्रीय निदान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और प्रगति) नियम, 1965 की अनुचूर्णी में, भाग 1 में, प्रविष्टि 42 के पश्चात निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया जोड़ी जारी रखती है: “43. केन्द्रीय व्यवसाय सेवा समूह ‘क’ ।

New Delhi, the 6th December, 1985
S.O. 5637.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 namely :—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1985.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part-I, after entry 42, the following entry shall be added, namely :—
“43. Central Trade Service Group ‘A’.”
