सा.का.नि. 246.—भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (i) में दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2004 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना (दिनांक 01 जनवरी, 2005 का सा. का. नि. संख्या 1) में भारत के कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) की अधिसूचना के पैरा 1(1) में आए शब्द “पांचवाँ संशोधन नियम, 2004″ के स्थान पर ” संशोधन नियम, 2005″ प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ताकि संशोधन नियमों के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन के वर्ष से एकरूपता स्थापित की जा सके।

G.S.R. 246.-In the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) dated 20th December, 2004 [GSR 1 dated 1st January, 2005 published in the Gazette of India in Part-II, Section 3, Subsection (i)] in para 1 (1) for the words “Fifth Amendment Rules, 2004” the words “Amendment Rules, 2005” shall be substituted to tally the year of the Amendment Rules with the year of its publication in the Gazette.
