New rules have been issued to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th May, 2024
G.S.R.. 337(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in the Schedule, in PART-V,-
(i) against serial number 1 , in column (2), in paragraph (B), for sub-paragraph (xiv), and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
| “(xiv) Defence Research and Development Organisation (a) Group ‘B’ Gazetted; (b) Group ‘B’ (NonGazetted) at Establishments or Laboratories; (c) Group ‘B’ (NonGazetted) Headquarters of Defence Research and Development Organisation. |
