सा.का.नि. 756(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा नियम, 2009 के नियम 12 के उपनियम (3) और नियम 16 उपनियम (2) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक ग्रेड के लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार किया जाना) विनियम, 2013 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक ग्रेड के लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार किया जाना) विनियम, 2016 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। - केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक ग्रेड के लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार किया जाना) विनियम, 2013 में,-
(क) विनियम 1 के उपविनियम (1) में “सहायक ग्रेड” शब्दों के स्थान पर “सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड” शब्द रखे जाएंगे; (ख) विनियम 2 के उपविनियम (1) के खंड (ग) में, “सहायक ग्रेड” शब्दों के स्थान पर “सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड” शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ग) विनियम 4 में
(i) “महायक ग्रेड” शब्दों के स्थान पर “महायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड” शब्द जहां जहां वे आते हैं, क्रमश: रखे जाएंगे।
(ii) “उच्च श्रेणी ग्रेड” शब्दों के स्थान पर “ज्येष्ठ सचिवालय सहायक ग्रेड” शब्द क्रमश: रखे जाएंगे।
(घ) विनियम 5 के उपविनियम (1) में “महायक ग्रेड” शब्दों के स्थान पर “महायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड” शब्द रखे जाएंगे; (ड.) विनियम 6 के उपविनियम (1) में ‘महायक ग्रेड’ शब्दों के स्थान पर ‘महायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड’ शब्द जहां जहां वे आते हैं, क्रमश: रखे जाएंगे।

G.S.R. 756(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in pursuance of sub-rule (3) of rule 12 and sub-rule (2) of rule 16 of the Central Secretariat Service Rules, 2009, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistants’ Grades) Regulations, 2013, namely :-
- Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistant Section Officers’ Grades) Regulations, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistants’ Grades) Regulations, 2013, –
(A) in regulation 1, in sub-regulation (1), for the words “Assistants’ Grade”, the words “Assistant Section Officers’ Grade” shall be substituted;
(B) in regulation 2, in sub-regulation (1), in clause (c), for the words “Assistants’ Grade”, the words “Assistant Section Officers’ Grade” shall be substituted;
(C) in regulation 4, –
(i) for the words “Assistants’ Grade”, the words “Assistant Section Officers’ Grade”, wherever they occur, shall respectively be substituted;
(ii) for the words “Upper Division Grade”, the words “Senior Secretariat Assistants’ Grade” shall respectively be substituted;
(D) in regulation 5, in sub-regulation (1), for the words “Assistants’ Grade”, the words “Assistant Section Officers’ Grade” shall be substituted;
(E) in regulation 6, in sub-regulation (1), for the words “Assistants’ Grade”, the words “Assistant Section Officers’ Grade”, wherever they occur, shall respectively be substituted.
