मो. का. नि. 564(ए).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रधानमंत्री योजना अधिनियम, 1985
(1985 का 13) की जारी 35 की उप जारी (2) के खंड (प), (र) और (त्र)
तथा जारी 36 के खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रहलित मंत्रियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय प्रधानमंत्री
पत्रिकरण (कार्यविधि) नियमावली, 1987 में और खाने मंत्री के लिए निम्नलिखित
नियम बनाती है, पर्याय :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय प्रधानमंत्री योजना (कार्यविधि) मंत्री नियमानन्दी, 1994 है।

(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपथ में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख में लागू होंगे ।”
2. केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (कार्यविधि) नियमावली, 1987 नियम 21 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
“21. प्रावेजों का प्रकाशन (i) अधिकरण अपने उन निर्णयों को जिनको प्रकाशन के लिए उचित समसता है, भारतीय विधि रिपोर्ट-केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण-19—(महंगा में—भा.वि.नि. (थाई.एल.वार.)-के.प्र.थ. (कँट)-19—)” में प्रकाशित कर सकता है।
(ii) अधिकरण के एं.रे प्रावेज, जो किसी अन्य प्राधिकृत रिपोर्ट या पेन में प्रकाशन के लिए उचित समस जाएं तो उन्हें ऐसे नियन्त्रणों और जतों पर जहां अध्यक्ष किसी मान्यता या विशेष प्रावेज द्वारा प्रमाणिदिग्ध करे, ऐसे प्रकाशन के लिए नियुक्त किया जा सकता ।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th July, 1994
G.S.R. 564(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d), (e) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 35 and clause (c) of section 36 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Amendment Rules, 1994.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

1. In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, for rule 21, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

“21. Publication of orders : (i) The Tribunal may publish its decisions which are deemed fit for publication, in a report entitled “Indian Law Report—Central Administrative Tribunal—19—(for short ‘ILR—CAT—19—’).”

(ii) Such of the orders of the Tribunal, as are deemed fit for publication in any other authoritative report or the press, may be released for such publication on such terms and conditions as the Chairman may specify by general or special order.”
