The Central Government has revised the pension rules for the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, and Members of various Administrative Tribunals, including Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. This revision, effective from January 1, 2016, implements the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission. The amended rules apply to individuals appointed before February 19, 2007, and ensure that the retrospective effect of these changes will not adversely impact any serving officials.

(2) ये नियम आंध्र प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के 19 फरवरी, 2007 से पहले नियुक्त अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों को लागू होंगे।
आंध्र प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों का वेतन और भत्ते तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 1989 के नियम 8 के उप-नियम (2) में “चौदह हजार पांच सौ बत्तीस रुपए प्रतिवर्ष” शब्दों के स्थान पर “चालीस हजार आठ सौ छत्तीस रुपए प्रतिवर्ष” शब्द रखे जाएंगे और 1 जनवरी, 2016 से इसको प्रतिस्थापित हुआ माना जाएगा।

केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, केन्द्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों की पेंशन के संबंध में सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों को कार्यान्वित करने की दृष्टि से, आंध्र प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के ऐसे अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की, जिन्हें 19 फरवरी, 2007 से पहले नियुक्त किया गया था, की पेंशन का 1 जनवरी, 2016 से पुनरीक्षण करने का विनिश्चय किया है। तदनुसार, आंध्र प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों का वेतन और भत्ते तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 1989 का 1 जनवरी, 2016 से भूतलक्षी रूप से संशोधन किया जा रहा है।
2. प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि आंध्र प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के किसी अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्य पर प्रस्तावित संशोधन को भूतलक्षी रूप से प्रभावी करने से प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ने की संभावना नहीं है।

G.S.R. 946(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 35 and section 36A of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 1989, namely :-

(1) These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) These rules shall be applicable to the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal appointed before the $19^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007.
In rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1989, in sub-rule (2), for the words “rupees fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty two per annum”, the words “rupees forty thousand eight hundred and thirty six per annum” shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016.

Explanatory Memorandum:

With a view to implement the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission regarding the Central Government employees’ pension, the Central Government has decided to revise the pension of the Chairman, ViceChairmen and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal with effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016 who were appointed before the $19^{\text {th }}$ day of February, 2007. Accordingly, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1989 are being amended with retrospective effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016.
2. It is certified that no Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Member of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is likely to be affected adversely by the proposed amendment being given retrospective effect.

G.S.R. 949(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 35 and section 36A of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1986, namely :-

(1) These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) These rules shall be applicable to the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members of the Madhya Pradesh Administrative Tribunal appointed before the $19^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007.

केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, केन्द्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों की पेंशन के संबंध में सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों को कार्यान्वित करने की दृष्टि से, महाराष्ट्र प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के ऐसे अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की, जिन्हें 19 फरवरी, 2007 से पहले नियुक्त किया गया था, की पेंशन का 1 जनवरी, 2016 से पुनरीक्षण करने का विनिश्रय किया है। तदनुसार, महाराष्ट्र प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों का वेतन और भत्ते तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 1986 का 1 जनवरी, 2016 से भूतलक्षी रूप से संशोधन किया जा रहा है।

With a view to implement the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission regarding the Central Government employees’ pension, the Central Government has decided to revise the pension of the Chairman, ViceChairmen and Members of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal with effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016 who were appointed before the $19^{\text {th }}$ day of February, 2007. Accordingly, the Orissa Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1985 are being amended with retrospective effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016.
2. It is certified that no Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Member of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal is likely to be affected adversely by the proposed amendment being given retrospective effect.

2. प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि पथ्रिम बंगाल प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के किसी अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्य पर प्रस्तावित संशोधन को भूतलक्षी रूप से प्रभावी करने से प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ने की संभावना नहीं है।

G.S.R. 953(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 35 and section 36A of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1994, namely :-

(1) These rules may be called the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) These rules shall be applicable to the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal appointed before the $19^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007.
In rule 8 of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1994, in sub-rule (2), for the words “rupees fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty two per annum”, the words “rupees forty thousand eight hundred and thirty six per annum” shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the $1^{\text {st }}$ day of January, 2016.
