The competent authority has approved an extension for Shri Dinendra Kashyap, DIG with the CBI, whose deputation tenure will now extend up to June 2014. This extension takes into account the first year of his participation in the 12th PGPPM program, which he will attend in Bangalore from June 3, 2013, to 2015. Following the completion of the first year of this program, the officer will be permitted to return to his parent cadre. The approval also includes instructions for the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Director (Police) MHA, and Director (Technical) NIC to update the DOPT website, along with copies for the relevant file and a guard file.

Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to the extension in the deputation tenure of Shri Dinendra Kashyap, DIG, CBI for the period upto June 2014 (taking into account the 1st year of the period being spent by the officer in the 12th PGPPM during 2013-2015 at Bangalore, commencing from 3.6.2013) and to allow the officer to revert to his parent cadre on completion of 1st year of the said Programme.
