Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to the extension of deputation tenure of Shri Hemant Priyadarshy, IPS (RJ:1992), Joint Director, CBI for a period upto 28.11.2015 (i.e. date of termination of $55^{\text {th }}$ NDC course) and to allow the officer to attend the $55^{\text {th }}$ NDC course at NDC, New Delhi. The officer may be directed to report to his parent cadre on completion of the above said course.
