This document announces the approval for the induction of three IPS officers—Shri Asra Garg, Shri S Kiran, and Shri Daljeet Singh—into the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as Superintendent of Police. Their deputation is approved for an initial tenure of 4 years, in accordance with the IPS Tenure Policy of 2010. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is requested to coordinate with the respective State Governments for the immediate relieving of these officers to facilitate their joining the CBI. The necessary orders for this process should be issued promptly, with intimation to the Department of Personnel & Training and the CBI. Copies of this communication are also being sent to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, the Director of CBI, the Director (Technical) at NIC for website updates, and relevant internal files.

The competent authority has approved induction of the following IPS officers as Superintendent of Police in CBI on deputation basis for an initial tenure of 4 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, as per IPS Tenure Policy, 2010:-
